Front Office: Trade deadline card reads MFL’s lock
Approved by Keith 2026-10-21. Every surface reads MFL’s reconciled enforcement back. The card now reads the same trade_lock the worker serves to the phone, Team Operations, the reminders and Rules. It no longer parses MFL’s calendar in the browser, which would read a week-based lock (“12”) as 1970.
Stand-in: the 2026-10-20 recording predates trade_lock. This preview’s trade_lock is what #1360’s resolver computes from production’s public MFL calendar (read 2026-10-21): Tue Nov 24 12:00 PM, plus Wed 11-25 8:00 PM ×2. So the card shows Tue, Nov 24, 12:00 PM ET, which is what MFL enforces today.

What to expect
- Card: “N days · MFL enforcement: trading stops Tue, Nov 24, 12:00 PM ET”, then “Verified with MFL Wed, Oct 21, 1:02 PM ET” (the stand-in’s read time; live, the worker’s last MFL read). If the server can’t read MFL: “MFL’s trade lock couldn’t be read right now”, with no date.
- Needs attention: “MFL stops accepting trades in N days (Tue, Nov 24, 12:00 PM ET)”.
- About (?): “when MFL actually stops accepting trades… ‘Closed’ from the second MFL refuses”.
